Grilled Cheese Perfection - For Ji

There are few joys greater than the perfect ooze of a grilled cheese, attained here using American cheese, soft white bread, a dash of butter and a dash of olive oil (to keep the butter from burning). Here's to all my fellow fatties out there who have the winter blues - fry it up and feel the love!
